Tony Robbins: Stop Thinking That I Can't Do It!


Two things control everything in our lives: our beliefs and our values.


If you have a self defeating belief like "I'm not good enough" or "I don't deserve" or "I can't", it's important to understand that in some way, whether you are consciously aware of it or not, that belief is determining your values, which in turn are determining your actions. For example, if you want to get into shape, but you believe that you're unattractive, you won't place enoughvalueon getting fit to make any sort of difference.  If you want to become wealthy, but your beliefs constantly tell you "I don't have enough," you will find it impossible to focus on activities that might change your financial future.


Change your beliefs about yourself to change your life.
