This thought really resonated with me.  So often we define ourselves by our habits, particularly when it comes to our negative behaviour - I'm a worrier, a procrastinator, an over-eater - but these things are NOT our identities, they are simply habits.  You're not a procrastinator, you have a HABIT of procrastinating.  You're not an over-eater, you have a HABIT of over-eating.

Once we recognise that this behaviours are habits, not our identities, we take back the power we've given them, and hold the abilities to break the habits for good.
