Whilst it's essential to focus on feeling positive as often as you can, I think it's always important to try and see the benefit of negative thinking as it will inevitably come up and can be used in a positive way. Fear and self-doubt are not feelings that any of us would class as 'positive', so reframe it in your mind. If your dream scares you a little, that simply means it's pushing you out of your comfort zone - your comfort zone, by the way, is generally where dreams go to die so being outside of that is actually a great thing. It means your dream is bigger than you've allowed yourself to dream up to this point.
If you doubt yourself, you believe deep down that the person you are probably can't realize your dreams - but it's important to remember that the person you are won't realize them - the person you become will. Take each step one at a time and slowly (or quickly) you will become the person who CAN realize your dreams. So in that sense, self-doubt can be a great motivator for growth. Instead of saying 'I can't' and letting that defeat you, say 'I can't - but I will be able to'. It will ignite a fire in you.
