Keep 'reality' in perspective. It's easy to get into our state of reactive thinking, responding to what's happening on the surface of our lives. But take at least a moment every day to sink beneath the surface and remind yourself that everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies.  When you remember that, suddenly you don't have to react to the world as it, but rather you can create the world as you want it to be.
