Oprah Winfrey: The Power Of Belief

Belief is such a tricky one because you have to mean it!  You can't fake belief, because the Universe will know.  If you're telling everyone you believe you can do it, but deep inside you think 'I'm not sure', the message being radiated to the universe is not the one you're telling other people, but the one you're feeling deep inside. Believe in yourself.  Remember, the only limits on your success are the ones you put on yourself!
